This Week at Calvin
August, a month usually associated with vacation, is shaping up to be an exciting month at Calvin. Each Sunday we will be celebrating something special with members of our congregation.
This Sunday Glenn Schipper, a very faithful member is turning 45 years old. He would like to share his birthday with all at Calvin. So during the coffee and fellowship time he is providing cupcakes for all to enjoy. If you are a friend of Glenn and would like to help him celebrate, you are more than welcome to come and worship with him at 10:15 Sunday morning. Calvin is located at 326 7th Ave SE in Le Mars, Iowa.
The service this Sunday Pastor Nevada De Lapp continues a short sermon series on John chapter 6, that Jesus is the Bread of Life. His text this Sunday is John 6: 41 - 51.
